Legalization, Apostille and certifications

Legalization of documents for use in and from the Republic of Bulgaria and abroad. Certifications at all ministries and at the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Important: For an Apostille, you must provide the original document (in person or by courier).

How the request works

    Send a clear photo/scan to our email or visit the office. Tell us the deadline and the destination country.

  2. 2. Receive a quote

    We reply with an exact price and timeframe. After your confirmation, we start immediately.

  3. 3. Translation and processing

    A licensed translator completes the translation. If legalization is required, we will request the original at this stage.

  4. 4. Legalization (if needed)

    We handle the institutions and ministries for you to obtain the necessary stamps and Apostille.

  5. 5. Delivery / collection

    You receive the completed documents in our office or by courier to an address you provide.

Can I send a document by email?
Yes. Send a clear scan or photo to our email. We will reply with a quote and can start remotely.
Do you need the original?
For a standard translation (with company stamp), a copy is often enough. For official legalization (Apostille), we must have the original, which you can bring or send by courier.
How long does it take?
Usually 1–3 days for standard documents. With an online request, you save the initial trip to the office.
How can I pay?
You can pay on-site in cash/card, or by bank transfer for remote orders.
