What we do on site

At our office you can send international documents and parcels with DHL Express. You receive a printed label (waybill), a tracking number, and information about the estimated delivery time.

  • Documents abroad (contracts, company documents, notarial deeds)
  • Small parcels / samples / spare parts
  • Documents for embassies, banks, institutions

Sending shipments abroad

We prepare the request, describe the contents and value of the shipment, issue a waybill, and arrange international dispatch via DHL Express. You do not need to have a contract or a DHL customer number.

Receiving and tracking

We help you track a shipment already sent by number, check its status, and clarify when the delivery is expected. If DHL has requested additional data (e.g., for customs), we assist with information on what needs to be submitted.

Documents and urgent shipments

Legal documents, contracts, notarizations, certificates and company records are often sent, which need to reach abroad quickly and with provable delivery.

Restrictions and prohibitions

There are goods that cannot be sent with courier services or require customs declarations. Prohibited items include, for example, weapons, hazardous substances, alcohol, cigarettes, perishable foods, and others. If you are not sure whether the contents are permitted for export, bring the shipment closed but not finally sealed, so we can check it on site.

How to prepare your shipment

Pack the contents securely (box or envelope with bubble wrap). Bring complete recipient details: name, phone, exact address and postal code. For companies – the company name as well.

We will fill in the details for you in the DHL Express system and give you a copy of the waybill.

Important

Shipping is done only in person at the office.
The delivery estimate and price depend on country, weight, size and contents. We provide an exact price after inspecting the shipment at our office.
